What time can we check in/out?

Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am. If you're arriving early or running late, just give our friendly team a call and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I bring my pet?

Absolutely. We’re pet friendly and welcome well-behaved furry friends on selected sites. Just let us know when you book and pack a lead for walkies along the beach.

Can we have a campfire or BBQ?

Campfires aren’t permitted, but we’ve got BBQs ready and waiting. Nothing beats a snag cooked under the stars with the sound of the ocean nearby.

What’s the cancellation & change policy?

Plans change — we get it. Our flexible cancellation policy gives you peace of mind when booking. Check the terms when you book or give us a call and we’ll walk you through it.

Do you sell annual sites or cabins or offer long term accommodation?

We sometimes have limited availability for long-term cabin stays. Best bet is to get in touch with the park team directly to check what’s on offer.

Are your parks accessible for everyone?

We’re working to make our park more accessible for all. Some areas may have limited mobility access, so feel free to call ahead and we’ll happily talk through what’s available and what we can do to help.

Can I book as a group?

Yes! and we love group bookings. Whether it’s a family catch-up, fishing weekend or club getaway, our team can help organise sites close together and make sure everyone’s sorted.
