What time can we check in/out?

Our check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am. If you're arriving early or need a little more time to pack up, just have a chat with our friendly team — we’ll do our best to help.

Absolutely. We encourage you to bring your pets! We’ve got plenty of space for them to sniff, explore and stretch their legs. Just give us a heads-up when booking so we can make sure you’re on a pet-friendly site or cabin.

Can we have a campfire or BBQ?

We’re in the tropics, so open fires aren’t permitted here. But don’t worry — we’ve got BBQ facilities ready to go. So you can still enjoy a snag or two under the stars, minus the smoke.

We want to be upfront — our Cairns park is set across multiple levels, which makes accessibility a little tricky in some areas. While we’ll always do our best to assist, this location may not be ideal for guests with mobility needs. Please give us a call so we can talk through your requirements.
